  • One of my favorite things in the whole world is seeing someone totally nerd out.

I feel genuine joy when their excitement and interest is on display. Even if it’s something I’m not into.

So please, nerd out. Talk about your deep interests. Share the thing that brings you immense joy and fills your hours with delight.

There’s at least one person who will appreciate your enthusiasm and your sharing.

  • Threads you’re killing my GIF game with your ridiculous compression.

I’ve got HD quality GIFs that end up looking like 180p. It’s bumming me out. 😭

    Come on now!

  • Dear random stranger on the internet,

The Universe brought us together to remind you that you’re loved, you’re important, and you matter.

  • Today I took my niece to the movie theater to see Wicked. My niece loved it. She said it’s her new favorite movie.

Years ago I got to see the musical with the original cast. Kristin Chenoweth will forever be my Glinda.

That said, seeing Cynthia Erivo as Elfaba hits different in such a marvelous way. She really owned the character and brought her to life.

  • Look beyond your Self. There is more going on beyond your lived experience.

  • USEFUL HABITS FOR SOCIAL MEDIA:

    • If it activates a feeling in you, slow down, get curious, and examine deeper.

    • Use with intention. Otherwise you’ll be the one getting used.

    • Curate your feed. You control what you see. Train your algorithm to show you what you want.

    • Zero troll engagement. Guard your mental health and carefully curated feed by reporting and blocking.

    • Look for the source. This will help you avoid falling for or spreading misinformation.

  • With all the bot follows I get, my following would be much bigger if I didn’t report and block.

  • I think it’s time to update my profile picture. But I’m not sure what I want it to be.

I’ve had this one for so long, it feels weird to think of anything else.
