You know an anime is gonna be good when:

• the OP is a jazz song

• the OP starts with a sick guitar riff

• the MC is running toward something in the opening credits

• there’s some sort of 360 camera pan in the opening credits

• the characters are facing a sunset or looking up at the sky.

Every day it’s looking more and more like the two democrat Senators from Arizona (Kelly and Gallegos) are rubber stamps for Republicans.

As an Arizonan, it’s frustrating to see both senators ignore the will of those who voted for them.

Season 2 of «Ishura» is turning out to be a really good anime. Season 1 was all over the place, with a large cast of characters that didn’t always deliver.

Season 2 is tightening the story and characters, and giving a more focused anime. Glad I stuck through the first season and seeing a better S2.

«Promise of Wizard» — my fluff anime of the season — surprised me tonight with a bit of dialogue that felt relevant to what’s presently happening in the US.
